We meet every fourth Wednesday of the month, from 14:00 to 16:00, in a room at Chandlers Ford Library. You would be very welcome to come along for some taster meetings. We explore how to think philosophically asking Life's Big Questions, learning how to use reasoning; re-thinking and challenging our preconceived ideas, emotions and prejudices. We're interested in what we can learn from present-day philosophers and from the ancient philosophers like Aristotle to discover what they have to say about The Big Questions that is still relevant to how we live our lives today. In learning how to do philosophy, we're trying to practise and improve how we can back-up our opinions with reasons. look at Meeting Topics in the More Details section of this page.
